What's the best way to support the gains you're achieving through training, diet, and the JYM System, while also supporting your overall health? The JYM Support Stack! Here are the three products included in it...

Vita JYM

What's not in your multivitamin is just as important as what's in it. Vita JYM doesn't contain zinc and magnesium, because zinc can inhibit the uptake of amino acids and certain minerals and magnesium interferes with calcium and manganese absorption.

Calcium is another no-no for a multivitamin, as it interferes with zinc, magnesium, and iron. That’s why you shouldn’t take Vita JYM with Pro JYM (the latter of which contains calcium).

Pro Tip: Take your daily vitamin D with Pro JYM. Why? Because calcium enhances the uptake of Vitamin D.

ZMA JYM

Is ZMA JYM a sleep aid? No, but it can enhance sleep quality and lead to some crazy dreams. 😂 Is it a testosterone booster? No, but it can support healthy T levels.

ZMA is simply zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6, but one other critical element of ZMA JYM is the addition of Bioperine, which enhances the uptake of the three main ingredients.

Pro Tip: ZMA JYM needs to be taken on an empty stomach, so wait atleast 60 minutes after eating and 60 minutes before eating again after you take it.

Omega JYM

No other fish oil on the market delivers 1,500mg of both DHA and EPA equal parts. Let’s not forget that Omega JYM also delivers the third critical omega-3 fat: DPA! Often forgotten but CRITICAL omega.

Put your Omega JYM in the refrigerator to avoid any sensitivities.

Pro Tip: Take Omega JYM and Vita JYM together, as Vita JYM is even BETTER absorbed when taken with fish oil.
