If you are not satisfied with an eligible product purchased directly from JYMSupplementScience.com, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
- The product must have been purchased directly from JYMSupplementScience.com.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- The container must contain at least 70% of its original contents when received by us.
- The original container and packaging must be returned.
- Valid proof of purchase and a return authorization are required.
- The return must be shipped within 14 calendar days after the return authorization is issued.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale products
- Print-on-demand apparel and gear
- Discontinued products
- Samples, promotional items, or gifts with purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products missing original packaging or labels
- Products containing less than 70% of their original contents
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, neglect, or circumstances occurring after delivery
- Returns received without a valid return authorization
- Returns submitted outside the applicable return period
Products purchased from an authorized retailer or third-party marketplace must be returned to the original seller and are subject to that seller's return policy.
Requesting a Return
We do not offer exchanges. Before returning a product, email customerservice@jymsupps.com to request a return authorization. Include your name and contact information, order number and proof of purchase, product name and flavor, reason for the return, and photographs of the product, packaging, lot number, and any damage or defect, if applicable.
Do not send a product back until you have received a return authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
If we approve your return, we will provide a prepaid return-shipping label and return instructions. The return-shipping charge shown for the label will be deducted from your refund unless we confirm that the product was defective, damaged upon delivery, or shipped in error.
You are responsible for securely packaging the return and using the provided label. JYM Supplement Science is not responsible for products lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged because of improper packaging or failure to follow the return instructions. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
Refunds
Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible product purchase price, less applicable discounts, credits, previously issued refunds, and nonrefundable charges. We generally initiate an approved refund within 14 business days after completing our inspection. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
Limitations and Misuse
The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one refund for a given product, flavor, or formulation per customer in any given year. We may limit or refuse returns or refunds when return activity appears abusive, fraudulent, excessive, inconsistent with this policy, or otherwise made in bad faith, to the extent permitted by law.
Customer Service may use judgment in individual cases, including for loyal customers, without creating a general exception to this policy. This policy does not limit any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable law. The policy in effect on the original purchase date will apply to that purchase.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact customerservice@jymsupps.com promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials. We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
